It may be the epileptic fit talking but i'm going to give some constructive feedback.

I understand the overediting is a style that other editors use, however that vid genuinly did make my eyes hurt, not to mention the fact that you can't actually see the kills. I'm typing on my phone atm so I cant rewatch the video, but from what I remember it was actually well synced with the music. Imo with a littleless flashy effects you could actually be a pretty good editor, its just a matter of taking the feedback onboard. I watched a couple of your others and this applies to them as well.
