The Counter-strike Global offensive division of the gaming organisation Hydra is now looking for players to play and compete on its roster.
Contact us no matter what skill level you are one of the aims of Hydra is to recruit players who are looking and willing to improve.
Our goals for the following roster are to find people who are motivated,dedicated and willing to earn their winnings.
Despite the fact of taking this game to the next level, we are looking for players who can enjoy the game and build friendship between players.
Hydra is Looking for the following position in its CS:GO Division :
- a main awp player
- Secondary awp: have the ability to play two strong awps can be a major benefit to a team.
- rifle player : Entry fragger, oozing with confidence who feels that this role is where they belong.
- rifle/support player(s) : Who have a Knowledge of smokes and flashes and is capable of setting up the entry fragger when committing to the site
-Rifle/Lurker player: Has the ability to "Creep" around the map seek out information and pose a threat when needed.
Player personality traits/characteristics:
-Fluent in English (Capable of speaking English without difficulty)
-Motivated players: wishes to achieve greatness in their career, and to keep going even when times may not show to be positive.You should learn to deal with your mistakes and benefit from your flaws by learning from them.
-Good Communicator: In the game and outside of the game, you should be able to state your information quickly and clearly. if you have an opinion express it.
Recruitment Process:
Interview: this will be held before any games are played. the interview allows the organisation of Hydra to see your personality traits and how you express yourself. Here your aims/objectives will be discussed as to what you want to achieve in a team and what benefits you feel that you can bring to the organisation.
On Passing the interview and we feel that you prove to be a valid asset to the organisation you will take part in a series of games.
this will allow us to see your communication in game,your style of play and your involvement with the team.
When taking part in the games and you personally feel that you did not perform as well as you should have. please state this and express to the team what you could of done better and what you are fully capable of doing.
On passing these stages all that is left to say is "Welcome to the Team".
