Servers

  • All match servers must be running the latest version of zBlock with default settings.
  • All matches should use the appropriate server config. Exec'd after the sourceTV has started recording.
  • SourceTV demos must be recorded for every match and uploaded upon request.
  • UNGL CSS Configs are available here: http://ungl.org/file/cfg/UNGL-CSS.zip

Start of Matches

  • UNGL or EUGL CSS config must be executed.
  • A knife round must be played to decide sides (drop bomb, keep guns).
  • An lo3 command must be used to start the match.
  • You must have ALL 'Green Ticked' players playing during the match. Failure will result in an instant default, However this must be brought up before a match starts or this rule becomes void.

During Play

  • Libra must be running during all UNGL CSS matches, if you are having problems with Libra then a POV must be recorded.
  • You are given 10 minutes of pause time to sort out connection issues or leaving members.
  • Pauses are only allowed in freezetime
  • In ladder matches all rounds must be played out, if they are not the leaving team defaults all remaining rounds.
  • A team is to be considered late at 15 minutes past the arranged match fixture time. At 15 minutes past this arranged time a team can claim a forfeit, however, if possible, a team should wait.
  • There are no spectators allowed on a server, however sourceTV spectators are allowed, provided there is a minimum 90 second delay.
  • At any given time a UNGL admin may join the server as spectator. This is permitted and may happen during any official match.
  • Once a match as been started “lo3'd”, server conditions cannot be disputed. It is up to each team to check that a server is playable on.
  • If a server crash occurs, the round is to be replayed with the current score and each team will start the match with $5000.
  • Once live, only captains are permitted to use public chat - messagemode 1 during games, except when agreed upon by both teams. This excludes any friendly match chatter such as 'glhf' 'gg' 'gh'.

After Play

  • Matches should be accepted within 5 days of being played, after which time an admin will force the current result.
  • If there is a problem with a match please use the conflict feature.
