It depends where you are from, most people tend to go for verygames or RTL servers as they seem to be the "best" However, I've always said that it's all in your head and this "reg" or "bad server" stuff only really matters when you have a ping above 120ms.

As long as the server is 100tic and a decent ping, there should be no problems.

 Rings of Saturn you don't get 100tick servers since the OB update.
