Hi,

Any ideas why my pc cannot pick up all the memory modules? I have 3x 2gb modules but it only picks up the 1st 2gb. Running windows 7 ultimate edition.

I've inserted each one individually and it works for each one.

Any ideas / suggestions to resovle?

thanks

errm, on the off chance, have you got some more ram there you can test??

Windows 64 bit only sees 4gb, i think... but the RAM that's not seen can still be used.

Windows x32 will only see like 3.6GB however x64 will see however much your motherboard can handle! :)

other way round Qa  eLm , 64-bit has an addressable space of 2^64 which is unimaginably huge - 32-bit is limited to 4GB but in reality you'll always get less due to graphics memory etc
