1 person who will make logo's, wallpapers and fix some images.

We only recruit 1 team per game and all teams must have at least 1/2 Lan/Cup's awards

now we only can provide server and TeamSpeak 3

c4Yourself nao era a primeira vez, os nonsense ja tiveram nome em lan principalmente a nivel de css, guitarhero, cod2 e cod4 mas depois parei de jogar e deixei morrer.

Ter nome numa lan todas conseguem ter, então em Portugal não é muito difícil... Ter destaque positivo a nível comercial já é outra história...

I think what everyone is saying is that your not going to find teams which have gone to lan and won stuff.

To expand on what he just said, your not going to find them teams "right away", you'll have to start somewhere, you can't always start at the top. you have to work hard for it. Develop the name, get active teams who will spread your name then eventually bigger and better teams will come, but it takes time.

Unigly and _rvx i understand what you are saying and i agree with you but i prefeer to wait until we have a good name that recrut noob teams who will burn the multigaming name. :)

I respect more a realistic admin that a "must be nice" admin.

Curius is right... I don't see a good future in this project, too begin, the admin of it don't even want to pay money for a web-designer... If we want quality, he needs to pay for it.

What I said is being realistic, he was a bit harsh in how he came across in his post, but please bring the back on topic.

Gigabyte you may have said the dumbest thing i've seen in a long time. You are so stupid to think you can pull teams that are winning lans and tournaments. These teams would of already have a organisation. You start from the bottom and work your way up buddy, unless you got a lot of money to pay for them.

Just to give you some numbers you would normally be expected to pay around 60% of a lan tickets for your team if they are placing in the money payouts and even more if they are winning these things.

Its just really dumb and obnoxious of you to think you can pull something like that off.

unifly, if you read ALL post you will read exactualy what you said, please do not talk without see all we have discuted.

C4Yourself, Curious must be right but he was an admin need to be neutral to all teams even if they are new, a decent admin dont judge, see the proofs.

a decent admin shows that he have intelligence, everybody knows that in Portugal 90% of the multigamings are created by people that don't even know how to manage a team.

Don't try to say that our only PT admin here is a bad admin.

And about the proofs, i don't see any good proofs, i have one email that you send me but i don't gonna show because its Strikker Works emails are confidential. But I can say that its not a good proof.

I have other proof, in steam, you talked to one of my friends that ask you for a 2on2 and you said that your team only plays with teams of the same level. Thats not good...

Gigabyte you honestly think teams will just appear for you winning lans? Uni is right you start from maybe 10 people and build a name for yourself and maybe after 6 months once you actually may achieve something then teams may want to join but your going to have to have money, maybe a dedibox if you want to run so many teams and they aren't cheap. But good luck anyway :)

Marked-One, I agree but i dont understand why this people like Unifly is so ****ing stupid with the other players, that's why the CSS comunity is so lamme and full of stupid guys/kids/cheaters because this type of people dont know to suport the other teams, dont know how to talk...

Im not part of the CSS community ,infact i dont even play the game, and goodluck finding teams cause your a ****ing idiot. You cant even back yourself up and just callum be stupid and blame it on the community. nice job their buddy, reply back when you can support your claims.

You need to at least try and look at this as one investment in to there Gaming experience.

My Words it seams that as one of the trial admins i must stay objective to things and probably just come up were and just say GL and Hf do in it, the problem is that i already see this movie several times and i already now the ending of it but being sincere as to 1 person to the other seams to be a hard thing to find now a days.

So in the end i will not escuse my words and stand by them because if i back down now i could not lock at me in the mirror in the morning.

Further more may i say Gigabyte that in the end of it what counts is the community you can gather around you not the prizes simply because you are now locking to get teams that probably will lock at your ORG with some sort of indifference, my advice to you is as a long time admin and a long time ORG worker is try to find the best players you can around your friend list and most of all try to have fun doing it and dont be upset if your teams dont get the results you wish that's live mate.

So saying im sorry to the UNGL Universe is probably the best thing i can do so im sorry for being realistic as a human.

Its kind of sad see this atmosphere in Portugal e-Sports Community.
