Hey UNGLers wanted to know if anyone here is having issues with their virgin media internet.. or if its just me.

Mid day today it was a little slow and jittery at average on CSS around 100 ping hence why ping and speed tested it:

yeah i just assumed my computer was having a fit, but if other virgin users are getting this **** then yeah its true!

swear they just spread it out in the evening tbh the weather probably doesnt help either

Mine has been fine. But im on the 50mb/s option so different servers etc i'm guessing.

made me change the port on my modem, then turn both my PC and modem off.. then both on. I don't even..

I'm on virgin, and at peak times , it is 400 ping , at 2mb speed...

I hate it when eXotiC is right..

I know a couple of people with the same problems on Virgin Media.

You'll find it'll be a pain for atleast a couple of months on and off now. This happened to me last couple of years but now I'm on the super hub so I will have to see how it goes this year.

When its working properly its amazing, like 15ping UK servers, but on a day like today you get like 22 packet loss with 90+ ping :/

I'm also on Virgin Media (50 meg) and serve the same problem "Prored" has provided here.

This is due to being in a "Student Area" all using the Virgin Media ISP and because there is only a specific amount of broadband in each area.. "no matter if your internet is cabled or passworded" they will eventually be able to start using your broadband you have paid for because the local internet server has been overflowed with people using all the data :/

Ok so the other day i did a download test and i got 21 mb im now geting 3.79 mb and my upload is still the same which is 0.72 :/

They've always been awful and you should change in a heart beat.

I've started to get the same, every day around peak time playing source having massive warping issues, latency rises a bit but i'm constantly warping, does the new virgin super home hub have any effect on this problem does anyone know?
