Just got back from a holiday and ive noticed a really weird lag i am getting on CSS which i have never had before.
My models lag if I switch weapons - the guns to a weird jittery lag, and if I try shooting at an enemy, their models lag aswell and my ping spikes a little.
Has anyone had this issue before / know how to fix it?
does it happen on a private lan server with bots? If it doesnt then the issue bould be choke on your inet line. :D

Hmm, just tested it on a Create Server and it feels normal - suppose its VirginMedia being gay or something
yeah, could be someone near you downloading more than what they should be or could be a line fault. reboot your rooter and give it a few hours, if it continues then you can call virgin up and ask them to reboot the line from their end. :) Hope this helps
Happens to me randomly on any internet based server. Just something I've gotten used to now.
is it me or is it only people who have virgin suffer lag spikes etc, when i was on BE broadband i had no lag wot so ever - now im on virgin due to moving house i lag pretty bad
im guessing it might be virgin's problem and not our's - we just have to suffer their S***
Another VM user here, sometimes in source, without warning my game freezes, just like as if the server has crashed, only happens for a couple of seconds but its ****ing annoying.
Same happens on LoL :(
Vm here and i get the **** lag when i switch weapons and it makes me mad ^^
