lol I thought the exact same thing :P
My friend had this weird clear ball and when he used it he made it look amazing like flowing through his hands and **** but when I tried, it sucked.
I guess this is the same sort of thing.

it is literally plastic transparent ball, its just whoever uses it makes it look awesome.
