Your team? Just send them to link to your team profile (e.g. http://ungl.org/Team/8271)
on that page above the roster section (top right) there's a "Apply for this team" option, to which they click, then the team leader (person who created the team) Accepts or Declines them.
Following this, they are then required to enter the "Unique ID" aka the Steam ID, then wait 24 hours and they're able to play in games :)

why isnt it possible to be in 2 teams?

why would you want to be in two teams ?

Ben asked many times, and good answers given every time, Mix team to play ladders, Propper team to play League/cups etc, maybe play 2on2's on another team page.

Managers wanting to be on about 5 rosters at once etc. Multiple valid reasons,
