If any of you have been following the Black Mesa project, allegedly its actually going to get released on September 14th.

For those who have never heard of this ill give you a very brief run down. Basically when halflife was remade with the source engine by valve there were a lot of disappointed people who expected more. They decided they could do better and have.

The game that started it all has been revamped into a stunning piece of software.

yup they are looking to release 8-10 hours of playable game that will be a really good start.

best be free. I paid for HL1, so why shouldn't I have this for free? Also, do any of you actually remember buying HL1 at release date? Guessing like 1% of people did that
