Hey I'm Phil "Blakeee" Blakeley founder of the 5LINE eSports. 5LINE is a team that I formed back in late 2008 with Chris "KrS" Porter when it was just a team doing well in leagues and cups, But due to Chris "KrS" Porter having real life commitments such as the army we folded it for a little while.
After getting back into gaming, I have decided to reform 5LINE with Joe "Looney^" Pugh, This time it will be as an organisation. We now have full-time jobs and there is no reason for the organisation to fold due to lack of funding, we also have no intention of letting it fold for any other reason. We have decided to reform 5LINE to make an active, well known organisation that is happy to give all teams a chance under the 5LINE name. We have been in discussions with Aenhost.com and after consideration, They are more than happy to sponsor us, meaning your server will be provided by Aenhost.com. We also want to improve on what we had in the past, So we are looking forward to progressing ahead recruiting more teams in Counter Strike Global Offensive and other games with the same goal of doing as well as possible.
5LINE eSports are looking forward to achieving many things in the future with the teams we pick up. We will be looking forward to progressing as an organisation building on anything and everything to help 5LINE grow as an organisation, we will be looking forward to becoming one of the well known big names in the gaming scene as an organisation, getting as many achievements along the way. Any teams within the organisation that want to lan looking to get there the highest possible finish to help get the 5LINE name out there as well as there own. We will be looking at our teams playing in as many leagues as possible giving their all.
We currently have two public servers up and running, everyone is welcome to pop on and have fun. We currently have a 20 slot deathmatch server de_dust2_se 24/7 but we will be looking at changing this once we ask around to see what people would prefer, we also have a 12 slot 24/7 aim map rotation.

- Counter Strike Global Offensive (PC)

- League of Legends (PC)
- Heroes of Newerth (PC)

- Fifa 13 (Console - When released)
- Will consider other PC and Console games
[b]What we would like from our teams[/b]
- We are looking for teams with no more than seven members (Depends on the game)
- Active 4-5+ days a week (Also keep active on teamspeak3 and forums)
- Can give and take banter but know when to take the game seriously
- We don't want immature players who give it all to the opposition
- Have set training days (For new teams obviously will be something to sort with the team once you have your core sorted)
- Preferably teams with at least four members already (Will still give teams with fewer members a chance)
- Not planning to fold anytime soon
- Lan (Not a must)
- Willing to learn and improve as a team, can take losses and build on them
- Playing Leagues (Considering your not already playing leagues, we will give you 2-3 months before wanting to see you playing in leagues as we know some teams like to train)
- Preferable 18+ (Not a must)
- We don't mind where you're from, Just be able to speak fluent English so everyone can get involved in gathers/mixes

- Active (We are on from 6/7-midnight (some days we come on at different times depending on work and other commitments)

[b]Players[/b]
We are more than happy for players to apply whether it is an application on the site for future teams to see or if it is to come on with everyone for a chat, mix or a gather. We are always willing to give help wherever possible. If you would like to come and sit on with us you are more than welcome to. Our Teamspeak 3 server will be open to the gaming community that want to use it for a mix or a chat as long as you are of a mature manor as any immaturity will result in a warning, followed by you being banned. We are just here to expand the social side of the gaming community, we are not looking for people to ruin it for others.
[b]Staff[/b]
5LINE are currently on the search for staff to help the organisation grow. Whether its watching over public servers making sure everyone is being mature, or general helping out on teamspeak and the site, sorting out problems, discussing things that could improve the organisation or anything else that you feel you could bring to us, we are more than obliged for you to come and speak to us about a role within 5LINE eSports.
We are also looking for a graphics designer possibly for a new logo, banner or other parts of the organisation needing graphics done. We are on the search for a web designer/developer also if anyone has quality previous work feel free to add me and we can have a talk about prices, but do not add me if you do not have a portfolio to show, as we are looking for someone with a good experience. While we look to add to our ranks, We will be looking for a movie maker again. If interested, show us your previous work either by adding me on steam or applying on the website. Prices will be involved in certain parts of the organisation this will be discussed in deeper conversation.
[b]Here is some of the criteria we would like you to meet prior to applying[/b]
We are looking for staff who are aged 18+. The reason that we are looking for this age range is due to the fact that we want a secure, mature and reliable management team. If you are under 18, we may consider your application if you have either a lot of experience and evidence of your previous roles within other organisations or if you are a known or trust worthy individual.
We are looking for dedicated individuals who are keen to put their selves fully on offer to the organisation. Some of your roles will be looking over demos, checking servers for errors and any other on the spot tasks we may need you to undertake. We are not looking for individuals who are souly dedicated to gaming, but we are looking for individuals who are flexible and can manage their time. Even tho you may be in a team, if you want to work for 5LINE eSports, we will require you to set certain times for your availability. These times will be discussed upon your application.
Following the previous requirement, we also expect our staff and management to be active on the website and teamspeak. Not only will this show that you are dedicated to 5LINE eSports, but it will also show you are willing to help out when necessary. We are also hoping that along with this, that you will feed the founders some opinions and ideas to push 5LINE to its full potential. We are not looking for individuals who are going to be shy and just do what they are told to do. We need a highly interested, opinionated and creative management team to get 5LINE to the top.
