Put this in your autoexec (edit it to whatever keys you like first)

Then in game open your console by pressing ~ and type "exec autoexec"

The autoexec can be found in your csgo cfg folder and if you don't have the folder simply create one.

FYI, no need to exec autoexec it's called autoexec for a reason.

On csgo there is a problem with autoexec's autoexec'ing, mine doesn't and neither does a lot of other people's :)
