Mechanical keyboard - I can recommend the 7G. It's the best gaming keyboard I've had for FPS gaming. Once you get it it does feel quite weird to type on as it have black switches. But once you get used to it you'll love it. Specielly the big handwrist cover thingy which is pretty comfortable and the keyboard is precise when it comes to movement ingame. Compared to ex. Celeritas which is nice to type on, but really not for FPS gaming. It's more based on RTS stuff.
Anyway the most lovely part about 7G is the in-built audio/mic jack and two USBs. They are great to have.
For mouse, I have had a really strange period with mices in my career where i used to change them all the time, so you can quite tell I have been through them all lol. Right now I stuck with my MSI 3.0. It's just the right mouse for my style and handsize etc. I can really recommend it for CS and afaik it also have 400dpi or 450 as standard.
But the the best mouse that had the best built was a deathadder 2013. The build quality there is ****ing amazing. The mouse feels great to hold on, you get a better grip on it than previous deathadders and it's just best in every way. Unfortunately, it was just not a mouse for me as i prefer my 3.0. The deathadder slides quite much for my taste (could be because of my mousemat) and I am a type of guy that loves mice that has alot of friction when moving them. But i can recommend it, I am pretty sure you'll love it, since you had roccat. The deathadder is great for low sensitivity, compared to ex. MSI 3.0 which is a mouse for abit higher sensitivity.
There is also the EC eVo series 1 or 2, basicly they're a mix between MSI 3.0 and Deathadder. But it's more like a simplimized deathadder really, but I have heard they're quite good. Either way, I am more than 100% sure your best choice will be the deathadder considering your sensitivity and previous mice.
Headset.......... Tough one. It's tough because I got addicted to my ATH-M50 and it's a music headphone, so for gaming I would not recommend it at all. But it sounds so ****ing great in general, that I had a very hard time changing to a gaming headset again, as they are filled with crappy bass and whatsoever. However I have heard nice things about PC350, just not tried it myself.
Mousemat. Thats a tough one aswell. I have had a Qck+ for years, used it with most mices, it's pretty nice and now I have a roccat taito which is in my opinion just 90% the same as Qck+.. The difference is minimal. I can recommend either of them, but I really feel i want to try something new here, so don't know really lol. But if you are going for a deathadder, get a razer mousemat with it ex. the goliathus.
For the sound card part, I have had a Creative X-FI Fatal1ty Pro, It was quite nice for gaming and music, but again, I felt at some point i wanted something new, so as FM suggested, take a look at Xonar's instead, but if you're looking for a cheap one, the fatal1ty was good.
Thats about it :) GL with your search.
