Can we plz use this thread to talk Swedish in and discuss about R60 and stuff if no we can talk English.

why would we discuss r60? It is shutting down get over it.

jävligt illa det med r60 , även om dem inte får bidrag och inte kan dela ut priser mm hade jag lätt kunnat spela liga/ladder utan priser , det e ju endå lite ära att tex vinna div 1. :(

And what is it to discuss about R60? They shutting down and it's not like you can do anything to stop them from shutting it down.

Just because it's shut down doesn't mean it shouldn't be discussed, it's in the off topic after all, just keep it English as v1den said :D

If you want to discuss it in swedish, do it at R60, this site is all about UNGL :D

Anyway, it's sad that it gets shut down but maybe something good can come out of it..

We swedes should get only one thread in the off topic-part of the forum to speak swedish in. That would almost make us feel as home.

HeCCa I do agree with you on some level, but on the other hand we have to respect UNGL. After all we just came as outsiders, and I think we should just adapt to the situation :).

We came here, as Zyber said. Don't emeberss the swedish players. Follow and repsect the rules on ungl.

And you can speak swedish to eachother here but when it's public just keep it in english, it's their site and their rules just respect it.

I wasn't trying to provoke a reaction, Fact of the matter is I posed that to shine light on this situation. The last thing I want is for the new Swedish people who came here to be treated any different to anyone else on this site. I'm sure the last thing you all want is to be labeled 'The R60 Bunch' and treated like outcasts.

Can we try keep it cool please guys?

It was no disrespect from the Administration that you guys can't speak Swedish on here. It's just to keep the community running smoother so people are not non-stop complaining about the fact you guys are speaking Swedish on threads that most of the administration cannot moderate due to a language barrier. I am (personally) just trying to keep the place calm, cool and healthy :)

I hope all of the new members who came here enjoy it here and stay active. This is a great opportunity for the European Counter-Strike: Source community, lets embrace it? <3

Roger that, affirmative, etc. Just saying that you'll get tough competition from sites where the players are allowed to speak their mother tongue. But I respect your rules and will approve them. :) The most important is to have fun, so let's have fun!

Although this discussion is pretty much over, I'd just like to say that the first thing I saw when the R60 bunch came over was a Swedish thread with a guy being racist in Swedish. Being one of the few, if not the only one (?) of the admins whom understands Swedish so that not only makes it a lot harder for me, but also the other admins that have no idea what you're saying, you could be slagging of some of the members for all they know..

Just wanted to point that out!
