Heya guys ,

I am one of two current managers at gotwhat gaming. We have both been sharing the load of the org for sometime but looking for a helping hand.

The org itself is expanding and hosting for four very active teams.

- Two css teams at mid+-high skill level
- One cod4 team at pre-academy level
- One l4d2 team playing in top 10 esl

We also have a community of members that are just starting fresh but are quickly gaining members.

We host our servers on our dedi box which our sponsor contempics currently pays for.

What we want from you -
- Good with servers [ftp usage etc]
- Active
- Good communication skills
- Understand website basics

he means you have to be on every minute of the day, to do your admin duties obviously, you can't sleep when your a manager...
