my mate got the same problem but he can play now,
maybe try to find something in google or change some settings in your provider(modem) site. It looks like 192.168.0.1 maybe try this to typ it in your webbrowser

NAT settings I think you're talking about? They normally screw over xbox modern-warfare players so I think it'd be the same thing :P
