Posted this on cadred abit earlier, thought I might as well do the same here.

Basically I dont have time for competitive gaming anymore, and for me cs just isnt an enjoyable game for pub bashing, I quite enjoy black ops 2 on the xbox for the odd skull smashing session, but being a pc gamer at heart Im god awful with a controller (better than the average 10 year old on xbl, but still awful) - as a result Im considering getting it on the pc.

My questions are:

A) Do many people play it on the pc? Possibly in comparison with csgo

B) What fps do you get on it compared with csgo or css, I get about 150-200 on css and about 85-100 on csgo (high settings), if its gonna be below 60 most of the time on blops 2 then Id definitely give it a miss. Please let me know what kind of graphics settings youre using as well, as I dont insist on playing on high++++

C) Any problems with it that make it **** in comparison to the console version?

Thanks lads and ladies

A) Still a fair few playing it on PC, enough to get you in to games quickly at least.

B) I sit with 150fps maxed on CSGO, 80-90 maxed on Blops 2.

C) It's a good game, can't really fault it. Just fresh enough for me not to feel sour about buying the same game for the umteenth time. Only a few guns worth using; it's your standard COD, but fun.

EDIT: The COD engine is pretty well optimised, I managed 30fps all low at 1920x1080 on a laptop with 2Gb Ram, Radeon 420m and a crummy mobile i5.

Thanks for the reply dude, although I did just notice that it's STILL £40 on steam, probably wont get it due to that :'(

Steam will not reduce it, it took ages for MW2 to come down after MW3 came out. I have it on PC but i went off Black Ops. Decent game though

A) Scrubs plays it on PC, atleast for me, I get liek 20 - 4 on every match and 30 - 7 ish on Team Deathmatch.

B) If you can run CSGO, you can run BO2

C) Ok game if you wanna wreck ppl.

Oo thats more tempting, would buying it like that mean its non steam? And this is a completely noob question but would that mean you'd play against a different pool of people?

Just completely failed typing this on my phone, editted it it over 9000 times so it should make sense :P

Only on multiplayer and that can be discussed aswell. BF for me feels like they're war-horny and thinks they can cheaply get peoples attention by bringing air, and boats and **** which makes the game be 20x more confusing.

For the singleplayer part (Ops, there is one of these, which people fail to realise) then COD > BF all day. The storyline, the gameplay, the feel of it is just amazing on COD games where BF gets boring after a couple of seconds already.

To be fair the aim assist is only on console (I would've thought?!?), and battlefield probably has the same on console?

Anyway I don't want to enter the COD vs Battlefield argument, a 'good' game is an enjoyable one, and enjoyment is subjective.
