Firstly - apologies if this has been asked a lot before, I couldn't see it in the FAQ.

I'm creating a CS:GO 2on2 team but the other player is already in a CS:GO 5on5 team, can he join two teams playing the same game (different ladders)?

It would appear he can't at the moment.

Is there a way around this?

Join their team could be an option and play 2v2s under their banner.
