all match times are listed in GMT your time is set to your local time. you must look at the time and adjust as necessary.

Judging how good team liquid was in the finals and vs consurgo you guys "catua" had no chance vs them so why QQ? be more professional next time about the time.

You need to be level 30 to enter ranked games. I think it works like unless you just create a custom game??

they probably didn't take into account the different time zones for there match. This needs to be reinforced some way or another so people know. Maybe included in the match comments somewhere.
