Why dont you level to 30, and finish a rune page before you make a team, as without the match making system of ranked games, you will struggle to find matches anyway.

well i do know the match making system of ranked games but i will take your point on board but im not the owner of the team im just part of it so damn easy is and he has 2000 elo on his main account so im not going into this on my own

erm im sorry but he doesnt have 2000 elo i have played with him since he started and he rarely plays ranked

well not matter what elo he has im still not doing this on my own i know how to and who to ban what champs counter ect im not stupid
