When it takes a screenshot it freezes my game for 1 to 2 seconds, its starting to become annoying, any fixes for it?

Examine the graph using the legend on the left. See when you get lag spikes/freezes what event does it report? (represented as a spike on the graph).

Obv have Libra running during this.

You can't use net_graph 4 with zblock.

Surely it would be best to test it under the conditions you will be using?

Same thing happens to me, quite annoying, game freezes for like 5 seconds and models get mixed up (CT's look like T's) and sometimes someone is invisible.

Xray apparently is broken according to ED and that I shouldnt DL it. everyone is using POV in ED.

Do not use XAC unless you want your account broken. Its still not working.
We've asked for it to be taken offline but nothing has seemed to of happened about that.

please fix this ASAP cause i had a game for UNGL that on the last round vs 2...i killed 1 and then it frozen...maybe lost the round cause of it, several rounds it freezes the game and the ragdoll stays still...plz

Have you tried turning Anti-Aliasing off in the graphics options when I kept on freezing I turned that off and it fixed it for me.

Also in task manager make sure Libra priority i set to LOW
Also try setting Libra to a different core/affinity than what CSS/Steam are on
