Wich anti-virus you have?

Im sure its not to do with your anti virus but make sure libra is allowed through as an exception
Id just press OK and see what it does and post back if it keeps happening :)

It looks like you have Libra 3 installed in 2 different places maybe thats causing an issue when trying to upload

I'm having the same issue at present.

You have it showing twice aswell Sparky, yet its showing the same place for you. :S

EDIT: no sorry, its different.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Libra
C:\Program Files (x86)\Libra3

maybe its causing a conflict.

yeah..today i play war and i want upload screenshot but start and write ERROR ;P

Again, multiple libra3 paths :P
No clue if thats the problem but everyone having it has got multiple paths to the Libra3.exe.

Just have to sit back and wait for paradox :)
