I have my active Win7 account as a user account and elevate it into administrator any time it needs the privilages. Libra isn't detecting CSS because of it being elevated with the admin account.
I've had this problem with one or two other UAC incompatible apps because they were storing the settings/userdata under the admin's account while it was elevated into admin from the user account.

I don't know if it's the same problem here, but it's fighting against UAC. Kaspersky picked up that Libra was intruding on the CSS process, so it is detecting that I am loading the game.

What, I like the extra layer of protection, /paranoia. But in hindsight an AV/IS would only be needed for incompetent people as it's only idiots that get infected &/or get their steam accounts stolen.*

*Yea I am raging about setting up another account for the sake of a few incompatible apps.

I appreciate UAC when it's a program in the background that suddenly decided to launch itself without my consent. But when its Steam, which I click on every day many many times, it just gets frustrating. Smart UAC please.
