Try uninstall and reinstall? or feed your hamster more?
What do you mean with ''feed my hamster'' more ?
If you mean about my pc, well, i play with 200/500fps, http://ungl.org/l3/6870/42625.jpg
By saying feed the hamster more.. i mean you need to feed your hamster that is running your pc xD?
Well, i already had anti-aliasing disabled. Any other thing that i should do? I reinstalled Libra, i will see if i have same problem in the next match.
Nope, still same problem.. :s
You must set Libra on a seperate CPU, I prefer you're last cpu and set Affinity in Task Manager and disabling Anti-Alaising seems to solve the issue.
================
====Anti-Alaising====
================
- mat_aaquality "0"
- mat_antialias "2"
in you're autoexec if you have one.

A separate CPU? I assume you mean core?
Disabling AA seems to be the most common fix to this issue.
Core is 4 cpu's :P I mean like example you set Libra on CPU4.
No doesn't throttles the game. Because it's using almost more of the first and 3th cpu.

Can anyone confirm that? I've never seen anywhere that the 1st and "3th" cores are less useful for source that the 4th core.
first and 3th are writers and the second and fourth one are readers.
http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multikernprocessor => translate with googletranslate to english ;)

I scanned through the English version http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multi-core_processor and I haven't found anything, although I may have missed it. A google search isn't giving me anything solid either.
My understanding of what Wikipedia has told me (cringe) is that parallel threading is used to maximise performance.
It's working 2 by 2, so like a duel core but 2x duel core. That's a quadcore. and that's the first and 3th I mean. but not very hard to understand. But I think we go offtopic back to OT? We can handle this further @PM

Roger that, I'll make a thread on it as I'm interested on other peoples conceptions of the matter.
EDIT : http://ungl.org/forum/1/1967
Well, looks like the anti aliasing thing worked, at first it didn't work but with was because of my autoexec or something.
Thanks for the help and sorry for the stupidity at saying it didnt work,
No problem mate ;)
