Well firstly if zblock blocks the picmap commands to get your gfx like that and you use a 3rd party tool to change your gfx settings. You are bypassing something that should be blocked.

It also clips the edges of textures making them smaller, ie the truck on inferno, the blocks on dust2, the "reeds" and bushes on inferno so you can see people when you are no supposed to or earlier than you should be able to.

Bar the fact that people are just generally easier to see and stand out more as you have no details in your textures on walls etc.

At the end of the day though, Zblock tries to stop you from having your gfx settings that low therefore you shouldn't be able to do it. :)

I haven't actually noticed that it's easier to see through things like truck on inferno, I have settings on high, with lod on +10 (ati) and from what I can see, I can't see through it, but people with low settings can.
