5: libra says " first start your libra then your css"
6: i click ok
7: it crashes
8: i open libra back
9; i push upload
10: nothing to upload ? :S

i tryed 2x to make print screen verytime failed but there is notying specially on the error it just says start your libra before css, and i'm doing this so yh :S

Have you tried basic troubleshooting? Re-installing? Running as admin? All those kinda things?
