As the title suggests, If your getting the error: The ordinal 4540 could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll

This is the fix: (Updating OpenSSL files)

1. Download OpenSSL: http://www.slproweb.com/download/Win32OpenSSL-0_9_8r.exe

2. Install the OpenSSL library and let it update the Windows folder.

3. Restart Libra.

4. If the error persists after this, re-install Libra Anti-Cheat.
