Hey I've had this problem for the last few games and just got around to making a thread about it. The first time I load libra and it takes it's first ss my game is minimized and I get an error message that reads "File not open" and it gives me either the option to cancel and continue which "risks data corruption" or to close the program. Usually I choose to close the program and after being reloaded it works fine, however last game the problem persisted until I continued without closing it. I use home premium 64 bit and AVG Free antivirus (the latest virsion) there havn't been any updates since libra was working fine so I honestly don't know what's going on.

Also i have AVG.

I dunno it tabs me at like first round i click ok and for the rest of the game it seems fine.

That looks like the same error that I get, although I ALWAYS open libra before css so I don't think that fix applies to me. The only thing I can think of is that I would usually have css running without libra before the game, I then close css and open libra before reopening the game. Could hl2.exe still be open in the background even though css is closed because I had it running earlier?

Alright next time I use libra I'll check processes before running it to make sure hl2.exe isn't running in the background, ty mate <3

It's nothing to do with the uploading of the shots, it crashes when it takes the first shot of the day (or the first one since my pc has been turned on)
