We tried this to fix:
> Reinstall libra3 // not fixed
> Reboot libra3 & css // not fixed
> Pushed Ok. // black screens
> Pushed Cancel // libra crashh
> Run as admin // not fixed

can somebody help us pls,
we need to fix this before UNGL Winter Season.

I have the same problem, Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bits. I start Libra before CSS and i show "idle" before launch CSS.

I try to reinstall Libra but i have same problem.

i'm contacting paradox but i don't getting awnser, is he inactive or something? i don't get it

I had this same problem a couple of days ago, i followed all the suggestions from re-installing to running in admin etc nothing seemed to work , then i thought id try it one more time before i POV'd and wth it worked.

no idea what fixed it , the only thing i did was start recording a demo
