In about 2 days ago my libra worked perfect until yesterday. When i start Libra i get this problem:

"" is an invalid integer
Press OK to ignore and risk data corruption
Press cancel to kill the program.
Picture off the problem http://img10.imageshack.us/img10/3295/namnlszk.png

When i went to www.ungl.org to leran more about the problem i got this http://img215.imageshack.us/img215/8862/namnls2h.png

I have follow the instruktions i abd found that this had to do something with computer virus/ anti virus. So i have upgrade my anti virus and search through all my computer after virus and i found some virus/malware that i deleted on one computer.
So how does i solve this problem and get libra working again and the restriction gong ?

It could mean a numerous amount of things, but I'm guessing if you read below it says "It is in a project to stop attacks on your NETWORK or PC" Something about spyware. Maybe you have spyware, not saying you have but maybe somewhere hidden. Try deleting your cache or if you can even try deleting your browsing history see if that fixes it. If not I'll try to have another look to get this fixed for you. (If it's not already fixed by then).

http://img215.imageshack.us/img215/8862/namnls2h.png - Just a security precaution, nothing to worry about.

"" is an invalid integer is usually something triggered by either the installation path, or your username potentially having invalid characters. Alternatively a corruption in the update/code.

You will find that un-installing, cleaning the registry, deleting Libra folder and re-installing and running as Administrator will fix the issue after a reboot.
