i use game booster , is this the problem?
Like with the esl wire , i have to uncheck eslwirehelp or something like that so the game booster will not stop that thing.

Uninstall Libra using control panel then manually remove any left over files from your hard drive.
Then try and install it again with the latest version downloaded form the website.

When you run it make sure you run it as admin (right click, run as admin)
