I have problem with libra anticheat since et doesnt only capture game, it also takes my 2nd screen to picture, example is here: http://ungl.org/l3/19965/452382.jpg . Note that EAC never makes that kind of mistake...

thats not a problem i believe its supposed to do that :) (someone correct me if im wrong)

there are countless users in here with dual screens and both their displays are picked up on libra.

Libra and EAC take screenshots different ways.
Taking screenshots of both your monitors is normal for Libra.

um yeah i guess it depends how you have your monitors setup, i have 3 but i dont use 3rd much, if your main screen is to the right (the one you play css on) then thats how it will appear in game, if you switched the left screen to be your main screen, the game will appear on the left in the screenshots.

If you only want the one then just disable the other for the game,
