Downloaded and installed Libra anti cheat and when i double click the desktop icon made it says on the task bar it is open however when i click it nothing happens.

So... I went to the Libra folder and started it from that, still same problem.
I loaded up AVG anti virus to allow it. I allowed it, restarted it. Still nothing.
I turned off AVG. Still nothing.
Restarted computer Still nothing
Ran as administartor still nothing.

Please help...

Running windows 7 OS and when i hover the cursor over the bar down the bottem i can see it says V2.0.......
Account login etc. etc.....

Come on.... Help please

the white boxes havent been edited, they were just like that ;)

I cannot click on the bar and if i do nothing happens, when i remove my mouse from hovering over the small window thing the top left image disappears :@ This is annoying now AVG and WINDOWS firewall off etc.etc.

I also am using 64-bit and dual screens and what would be the problem with that? i spose i could try tabbing through it as you explained but imo, have problem, will solve. Still not solved. I will keep trying different things x
