Best bet is pmin an admin to get paradox to fix it in less he sees this post, as i had a similar problem that he had to fix for me.

1. completely removed it and re-installed?

2. ran as administrator?

3. tried to offer it treats if it behaved?

That was about a month ago. and i told you to post on the forums and you have only just managed to do that.
