Is it possible to use Libra on cssmixes or why is it in the client? :).

It was going to be implemented at one point. Not sure what happened though.

As far as I could tell, most servers didn't/don't require you to use it while playing.

So bisically those guys who were afraid of it obv. cheat :p (I wish they would get Libra or EAC on cssmixes again annoying with all those cheaters).

None of the server require it, I just wanted know why it was in the libra3 client :).

Wow, at one point they had a server per country that required AC to be used. Guess they just gave up/don't care.
