Hi all, When i start up Libra, it constantly displays this box http://img856.imageshack.us/img856/3791/libraissue.png ... over... and ..... over.... and....over....and.......over again. It just keeps restarting until my AV kicks in (see bottom right) to stop it.

I have deleted and re-installed several times, i have altered my UAC level etc, tried running in administration mode, but still no joy. Can someone please help!!!!

when i click "allow" it just sets the box constantly opening and closing!! I have tried running as admin etc etc
