used to get this error and none of the fixs that admins suggest worked it fixed itself for me by reinstalling

I tried to reinstall it,I tried to run it on other windows (win. 8),same problem.

My specs:
Intel E5300 @ 3.3 ghz
Gigabyte G31M-S2C
4 gb RAM DDR2
HDD 500 gb
nVidia 9800GT

ok some simple things to try:

run as administrator
set the programs affinity to run on only one core
redownload the exe file directly into your libra folder
make sure there is an exception in your firewall for libra.

It's a bug inside the programcoding. Each time a screenshot is taken he set is a name The only solution is to reinstall your Libra and send an email with proof to an admin so you can't be banned by not uploading screenshots for that war.
