Libra cant update
running as admin etc.. not working
im sure libra needs a certain windows service to be running
does someone happen to know which one that is ? thanks.

Are you sure you're running it as admin correctly? Try to right click - properties - compatibility and set it as "run as admin".

If that doesn't work, try another compatibility settings.

Disable antivrus?

got it, needed to run in xp sp3 mode... -_-
