That is the exact same problem as i have, it would a take a ss abot 5 times, but on my libra it wouls say for example 20 to upload then i couldnt.

can i use XAC instead of Libra ???

hmm, sounds like the ungl.org site is not accepting your connection, try creating a new acc quickly then test, if it works then its not your pc.
