Installed the program. Crashes after the scanning function. Tried known fixes. Re installed etc. Issues are still occurring in this order shown below; Solution would be nice!

What anti viruses are you running?
I had the same problem with Malwarebytes.
I have tried to re install multiple times & that doesn't work. I have cleaned up the registry files too.
I have tried making exceptions in my anti virus; (ESET) Didn't work; Also uninstalled it to see if it was an issue with that. Same problem occurs with no security modules loaded.
I had malwarebytes installed too. Uninstalled that as well and still the same problem.
& Finally I have tried without the compatibility mode & run as admin. Still forces a crash regardless.
& In relation; found some logs which show me logging into the program but never actually logging out due to the crash.

Anyone know if it uses a .net framework? and which one. could be something as simple as repairing it
Fixed it I think. Had to reinstal it about five times. Then found another solution to download the exe on it's own and move it into the file directory. Hasn't crashed yet. Also tried repairing Net Framework that could of been the issue. Thank you.
