we have sent another email a few hours ago hoping to get this sorted.

I'm currently working on getting in contact with the Riot Games HR Dept. in relation to the prizes. I will keep all of the winning UNGL members updated and will continue to post updates as we resolve this issue.

I would like to sincerely apologize for the delay, however this is NOT a fault of UNGL. We are aware Riot have a massive work load and we are working side-by-side in order to resolve the issue.

Thats ok i just am checking back as the timescale is large even by riots usual standard and i know that ungl is only able to alert riot but has to await for them to hand out given rewards
