how do you enable map downloads etc from a server? (serverside)

I cant find the command? Please test it before you suggest as its not:
sv_allowdownloads
mp_allowdownloads
cl_allowdownloads
sv_allowdownload
mp_allowdownload
cl_allowdownload

There is'nt one as of yet. (i think)

If it's the same as Source it won't allow people to download a map larger than 64mb unless you have a fast-download. The command in Source to increase the value was "net_maxfilesize", so try increasing that to a value greater than 64 - if it even exists in GO.
