How much fps could I get with this?

I want to have :

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 650 @ 3.20GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
Graphics Card : Nvidia Geforce 550 GTI

Now I have:

Logix the CPU you have is not a quad core, it's a dual core with hyper threading.

Seeing as the Source engine is CPU intensive, I'd go with upgrading to a Sandy/Ivy i5.

I'll just go and work for a new pc I think.
