I'm looking for a srs cs go team in europe

i'm from belgium and 26 years old

i can play all day and night any time will fit

i played cs 1.5 cs 1.6 for about 8years + probly more

i recently start playing cs go and i rly like it but pref to play in a team that wants to play srs
daily team training etc i also pref mature ppl that dont flame for mistakes but learn from it +18 would be nice

no fun teams what so ever
