So since I deleted everything from my computer and installed windows7 instead of windows vista, my cs:s ****ed up, I've got two black bars on the sides of the screen, and can't seem to get rid of them, it has got nothing to do with my resolution in game, and I've done my best to change around with things out of game as well, but without luck. If anyone has had this problem, and found a way to fix it, please let me know what you did to fix the problem, any information will help I guess.

Do you get these black bars out of game? if so, then change your monitor resolution.

If not, Change the aspect ratio of your game. I get bars if i dont set it to wide screen 16:9.
