Ive been having some trouble with my tickrate on css since about december, its just suddenly drops to about 18 or 20 ( on a bad day, some days its drops to around 40/50) at around 7:30 8 ish, ive tried alot of things like reinstalling deleting .blob new configs and it doesnt seem to effect it, its still drop. Its seemed to be ok when i reinstalled, but after about 3 days its gone back to its usuall thing... if anyone could help or if anyone has a solution it would be appreciated.
