So, we have this game tonight against a new team, and 2 of them have the same steam ID. Is that aloud or can we class this a defualt win if they both try to play? :S

Not both play, they just share accounts.

let em join, check their steams with coresponding steams on team page, record a demo if you see anything dodgy give it to an admin.
