Hello to all :)

As the title says, how can I create a CSS map? :)
I know very little about the program used, and how to use it.
Is there any videos/articles I can read/watch about going about this?
Im interested in this as I have a few ideas for a map. Its hard to get them out to an actual map creator, hense why Id like to create one myself.

If you could give me any information on this, it would be great!
