the date of the final may be moved forward to the 4th July if 4GoteN agree, we are looking for guests to help out with the shoutcasting but i'm not to sure how we would get 2 people on it, were new to all this haha.

Assuming you stream using xsplit - xsplit streams what comes out of your speakers as well as your input voice. Therefore, should another person be shoutcasting with you on ts3/mumble for example, his voice would come out of your speakers with the css sound. After careful adjustment with css volume level, and mumble/ts3 volume, you can get the job done :)
